With professional experience in engineering consultancy and real estate development with companies of diverse organisational and operating environments. Sonny was able to build his skillset in project management and corporate governance at his tenure as Deputy Project Director for M+S Pte Ltd, the Malaysian-Singapore JV company formed to manage the development of two internationally recognized, award-winning, mixed-use developments in Singapore with combined gross development value (GDV) of USD$9 billion. In Vietnam, Sonny has further developed his knowledge within Vietnam's domestic market overseeing the development of two International 5-star hospitality developments with combined GDV of USD$92 million.
Huong Nguyen,
PARTNER
Huong graduated Stanford University with a Masters of Engineering in Management Science and Engineering. After her tenure at Bain and Company, Huong founded her real estate investment company - Panthera Holdings and a coworking workspace provider - CirCO, where she serves as CEO and Director respectively. From her roles, Huong has developed business acumen in hotel management/operations, real estate development and asset management. Huong has also overseen the development and divestment of major real estate developments in Vietnam. She is well versed in business development as well as deal structuring to safeguard private and listed companies’ interests.
Tinh Nguyen,
DEPUTY PROJECT DIRECTOR
Mr. Nguyen graduated with a Master Degree of Engineering from the National University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi; subsequently he accrued over a decade of professional experience as lead project manager at various mixed-use developments in Vietnam with both domestic and foreign investors. During which time, Mr Nguyen founded ETA Construction and Consulting JSC; a leading consultant for construction and equipment installation regulatory compliance services.

HEAD OF QUANTITY SURVEYING AND CONTRACTS
Mr. Nguyen graduated with a Bachelors Degree of Construction Economics and Project Management from the University of Science and Technology, Da Nang; he accrued over a decade of professional experience as lead quantity surveyor and contracts manager at various mixed-use developments in Vietnam with both domestic and foreign investors. Mr. Nguyen has a deep understanding of the FIDIC contract document form.
