A 125ha mixed-use hospitality development comprising of hotel, resort, residential villas, and leisure components. Consultancy services include working closely with the Client to coordinate all steps to redevelop the 1/500 Master Plan in preparation of legal resubmissions. Key tasks involve appointment of strategic advisory consultants, master plan and architectural concept design consultants and subsequently coordination of all Client appointed consultants.

UNESCO 5-STAR RESORT,
DA NANG, VIETNAM
A 1.2 ha site located adjacent to the UNESCO Hoi An Ancient Town in Quang Nam Province, Vietnam, design development required continued coordination with local authorities throughout the construction process. Working with the Owner and Hotel Operator, we managed the development of a 128 rooms resort with all the specified amenities expected from an international hospitality brand.

HIGH-RISE 5-STAR BUSINESS HOTEL,
DA NANG, VIETNAM
Comprising of 283 rooms and centrally located in the prime city center of Da Nang - a master planned tech hub of Central Vietnam. Working with the Owner and Hotel Operator, we managed the successful completion adhering to technical specifications required from an international hotel brand while ensuring cost cutting efficiency for the Owner. This product features key amenities such as a specialty restaurant, fitness center, spa and executive business lounge; with a its signature experience being the roof top bar/lounge with unblocked city, mountain, and river views.
